Peace of mind is included with every purchase. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to trace its journey right to your door. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
While we consistently meet our delivery estimates, occasionally packages may face delays beyond our control. This can include customs clearance processes, severe weather, or high-volume postal seasons (like the holidays). If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate.

You have 14 days from the exact date your item is delivered to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Because we sell pet products, for hygiene and safety reasons, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and free of any pet hair or odors. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package without contacting us first. Follow these simple steps:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please accept our apologies! Contact us immediately at support@trendfounder.com with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a free replacement for you right away.
